In the last six months, we’ve seen the focus of digital maturity assessment shift from individual organisations to integrated care systems, with the introduction of the first ICS digital maturity ratings.

While assessing digital maturity at a regional level is a positive step, why isn’t it measured based on the value for money this is driving for a care system, through closer correlation with patient outcome measures?
