Care Alliance Congratulates its Partners for their HTN Awards Successes.

Two System C & Graphnet Care Alliance partners are celebrating being awarded category winner and highly commended after last night’s HTN People and Partnership Awards 2020. The digital awards recognise technology making a difference to patients, professionals, organisations and the health system.

The DETECT research study with Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, The University of Liverpool, Edge Hill University, Lancaster University and System C won the category for the 'Most Promising Solution'.

The study is a pioneering research programme to identify early warning signs of deterioration in children using System C’s CareFlow Vitals with the aim of reducing critical care transfers.

The St Helens Cares Partnership was also a finalist in the ‘Delivering for Front Line Staff’ category for the St Helens Shared Care Record, powered by Graphnet, and received highly commended recognition.

The St Helens Shared Care Record involves multi-disciplinary teams providing a single-point-of-access for all social care and health referrals. Front-line staff use the shared record to provide real-time, accurate and joined-up data which makes a real difference to patients’ experiences and improves service efficiency through time-savings and better decision-making.
