CareFlow Pharmacy has numerous functionalities supporting the Homecare framework, Homecare requests, invoice processing, alongside, tracking and reporting:  

• Build Homecare Framework Agreements and once established, medicines, and sundry items can be added. Recording patient consent completes the necessary requirements to create Homecare Requests for supply.
• Calculate functionality is incorporated to assist with Homecare requests such as specifying the total quantity of each item on the request along with a supply interval and period.
• Once an order is received, input: delivered quantities of items, optional charges, postage and packaging charges along with service feeds. This then automates several processes into a single process such as issuing the item to the nominated patient, placing a record on the patient’s dispensing history, passing the invoice for payment and producing an invoice.
• The Homecare functionality facilitates the tracking of active Homecare requests. There are also a number of built in reports.
